Why Consulting-Coaching Services?

Barbara's elementary classroom practice thrived because of her love for teaching and learning! She believes teaching and learning are a part of her DNA! One of the many highlights of her teaching practice was watching her students transform academically, socially, and emotionally. Each year, Barbara had the opportunity to see this process happen. Barbara enhanced her learning by participating in countless hours of professional development to serve her students better. Her learning impacted students' learning and her ability to share new strategies with colleagues. Barbara is the epitome of a lifelong learner.
As an administrator, Barbara thoroughly enjoyed interacting with all students-learning from them. Although working with so many talented teachers was another highlight of her administrative years, she appreciated the depth of knowledge and commitment she witnessed during classroom observation-seeing student engagement-there is nothing like it! She refers to classroom visits as being in the trenches-she loves it!
So now, as a recently retired public school educator, Barbara continues her commitment to education by offering to consult and coach elementary and middle school educators, aspiring teachers, elementary and middle school students, and K-8 parents.
